What is the operating temperature range of sintered NdFeB shuttering magnets?
The maximum operating temperature of sintered NdFeB material can reach 230°C, and even the lowest-performance grade has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Most conventional shuttering magnets adopt N or M grades. When the curing temperature of PC components is lower than 80°C, it has no adverse effect on the magnetism. Higher-grade materials are available for high-temperature working conditions.

What magnetic material are shuttering magnets generally made of?
Shuttering magnets are generally made of sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet material. This material is widely used in scenarios ranging from ordinary suction parts, permanent magnet motors to precision electronic devices, and grades with different performance levels can be selected according to working conditions.
