Anchor plates consist of a steel plate with welded-on shear bolts and are used to attach steel components to concrete elements. For this purpose the anchor plates are concreted into the concrete element. The shear bolts serve as anchoring. When installed, the steel plate is flush with the surface with one side free of concrete. On this side the welding of a steel component is possible.
And the anchor plate is designed to fix anchor plate onto steel sideform when we produce the precast concrete elemeets. In this way, we will need two sided strong magnetic force for this innovative products, as one side need to fix the anchor plate, and the other side need to attach both magnets and anchor plate to sideform, to keep whole system positioned firmly.
